Mr. Fortune was the first attorney in the United States to obtain a reported multi-million dollar verdict on behalf of an employment discrimination victim in Vance v. Southern Bell Tel & Teleg Co., in 1986, in federal court in Jacksonville, Florida.<p>Mr. Fortune has been a member in good standing of the Florida Bar since 1982.
